His photos and inspection report were very thorough and informative. I was out of the country when the inspections were made so the photos were especially helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty to have an extended phone call late at night Dallas time (due to the 7 hour time difference) and explain the report fully. He patiently answered my many questions and explained things clearly. His fee is reasonable and I got my money's worth. I will definitely call Adair Inspection again when I put another contract on a house, which will be this spring or summer. I highly recommend him.
