      My philosophy regarding sales is simple... I reach my goal by helping my clients reach theirs. My job as a professional is to ascertain my clients' goals - their wants and wishes, and not just find them a house... but to make sure that it is the house they can make a home.

   As for experience, I have been in direct sales for a number of years, along with driving a cab and working in the super-market industry managing a deli and working as a meat clerk. This dirverse foundation has afforded me the opportunity to hone my communication skills. It was during these times that I learned of the "win - win" proposition... if it's not good for all involved, it's not good!

   In addition to skill and knowledge, the most important asset I bring to the equation is a "mental agility". We've all heard the phrase "...the best laid plans..."; all to often that phrase precedes an excuse. I believe that mental agility along with a positive outlook will turn any situation into a "win - win" situation.
