Nestor Gasset graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor degree. He was born in Havana, Cuba and immigrated to the states with his father, mother and brother in the midst of Fidel Castro's coupe. His father got a job working in Indiana for the auto industry. He discovered that sports were his passion as a young preteen and high school student. Nestor was consistently at the top of the sports events. In college he discovered a passion for Judo/ Karate and loved to compete. 

After graduating from College he moved to Houston Texas where he became the the top salesperson for interior finishes for new construction such as wallcovering and flooring along with other interior finishes. This gave him a complete education in learning all the details of construction from the architectural plans to the finishing interior details. Thus began his interest in Real Estate Investing which then led him to helping others find their dream homes as a Realtor.

Helping sellers and buyers reach their Real Estate dreams stirred Nestor's soul and he became a highly successful Realtor obtaining Top Producer awards on a consistent basis. As he saw the smile on each face of each person he helped he knew that this was his passion. Nestor Gasset keeps on top of the market and has a sixth sense when it comes to future development.

Nestor enjoys working out at the gym. He also enjoys golf, snorkeling, Spearfishing and boating. We make it to the beach at least once a month with our kids. Nestor has been a coach and sponsor of numerous Little League, Baseball, Basketball and Football teams for youth.

Katerina Gasset was inside teaching other children; make believing she was the teacher, while other kids were playing on the playground. Her daydreams were of opening orphanages and helping others to grow to their potential. At the age of 12 she was asked to teach summer school to younger children who could not read at their grade level. Her passion to coach, train, teach, motivate and inspire others to be all that they are designed to be can be seen in action through out her entire life. She started speaking in Elementary School. Her teachers nurtured this natural talent.

She went to work at a fast food place at age 16 when she first arrived in Hawaii, worked there two weeks, quit and never went back to being an employee again. She knew being an Entrepreneur was the only way to fulfillment. Katerina then went to designing school and started her design business along with a successful acting and modeling career in Hawaii and Japan.

Katerina went on to have 6 children (5 by the time she was 30 years of age). She home schooled her 6 children along with a very lucrative Real Estate Career and an Owner of several Tae Kwon Do schools.

During her Real Estate Career; she has been licensed in 3 different states and has earned many honors, certifications and sales awards. Coaching buyers and sellers created her success as well as speaking at seminars on the mental process of buying and selling and creating win/ win contracts for all parties involved.

As a Tae Kwon Do school owner, she became one of the top marketing specialists, motivational coaches and breaking barriers coaches and instructors. She created the mission statements, vision boards, director of sales positions, program directors functions and instructors, mental development programs. Katerina taught and coached goal setting, visions and dreams, stepping out of comfort zones, facing fears and breaking through limited beliefs, self- esteem, self- confidence, self-discipline in group and one on one settings. Katerina Gasset is culturally diversified. She is first generation born American from her Mother's family who is from Latvia. She lived in Europe for 4 years, Hawaii for 5 years and throughout the States, Mexico and Canada. She traveled to Japan, Philippines, China and Korea for business. She was part of an experimental bussing program in her freshman year to East Palo Alto Ravenswood High School.

Her passion has always been to help others see their greatness; break through their limiting beliefs to live the life of their dreams. With over 29 years of teaching and coaching experience; her coaching causes her clients to stretch beyond their comfort zones and accept their magnificence.
