If you are buying a home; I will listen to your needs and desires and do my very best to find everything you are looking for. If it is your first home ever or in a while I will explaibn the entire home purchgasing and financingf process. I will create a custom search for you to look at, at your leasure on your computer when ever you choose. When you are ready to start looking at homes, we will schedule an appointment. I am available 7 days a week. If you can't find a home you like the first couple of times out, don't worry some people find their home the first time, for others it takes a bit longer. Once we find the right home, I will present the offer to the sellers. I will be working with you and for you every step of the way. If you need me to meet a service person at the house, I'll be there for you. I will do everything in my power to make sure your transition runs smoothly.
When you are ready to sell your house, I can help you with that along with helping you find a new home in the area or a qualified agent in another area. As your listing agent I will first set up an appointment at you house to determine a value and provide you with some staging techniques to help you sell you home faster and for the highest dollar possible. I will give you some time to get your house all ready and then come back for picture day(still life and virtual tour). At that point we will be ready to put your house on the market. It is up to you if you need a day or a few weeks to get your home all ready to sell. You home will be marketed through serveral different marketing venues; the MLS, over a dozen nationally recognized websites, over 8 of my own personal web links, a nationally recognized sign in front of your home, informational fliers placed inside and outside of your house, advertising in over 3 local real estate magazines, Open Houses and Realtor tours optional and much more. Each week you will be updated on the status of your listing and continually recieve Feedback on showings of your house. hen an offer comes in, I will notify you immediately, we will review the contract and I will represent you to negotiate for you top dollar.
