Both MaryAnn and I would like to thank you for your help and guidance in selecting our home in Arizona. You were called unexpectedly in March of 2007 to come and show us some homes in the Maricopa area and you only had a 30-45 minute notice.
 
You came promptly and even had a list of homes we could go see.  When it came time to select a home, you pointed out the pros and cons of the area as well as the home.  In April of 2007 you took Dale many places in a short time to different homes by different builders and to different areas so that he had a view of what was available and not just looking at what he had focused on.
 
When it came to signing a contract, you were there to point out all the different things to consider and gave advice on what to include In the home to be built and why it was or was not important.
You also provided references and help in selecting an insurance agent.
 
After we signed for the home to be built,  you continued to follow-up with us on the home progress throughout the construction phase. You were there when we had the walk through.
 
When we closed on the home, you were there to again make sure we were aware of all the things we needed to do and understand during closing.
 
Finally, after we had closed and had possession of the house,  you continued to stay in contact and follow-up with us.
 
You are a person we immediately connected with in March of 2007 when we first met you.  We have complete confidence in your ability to help us find what we wanted and to complete all the necessary phases of buying a home.
 
We highly recommend you to anyone who is interested in buying a home.

Well Cindy, you managed to do it.  I talked to Meranda so many times on this issue.  "What do you want to be when you grow up?"  She showed me a paper from school yesterday and it said that she wanted to be a dancer, actress and a REALTOR.  I said why a REALTOR?
She said " I saw how Cindy made your dreams come true and you and dad are really excited about this and how I want to make peoples dreams come true too."  So, I want to take this opportunity to thank you.  You have inspired my child to look forward to something.  That is what I have been trying to do for years.  I told her that she can be whatever she wants, she just has to put her mind to it.

My husband and I flew down to Arizona in August of 2006. We were here to check out the area. We went by a Re/Max location is Gilbert and just stopped in the office. We were intro-duce to Cindy Knight. It was around four thirty on a Sunday afternoon when we stopped in. Cindy spent at least an hour with us explaining the in and out’s of Arizona to us. We explained that we were going to move here from New York as soon as my husband found gain full employment. During the week we were here Cindy took us out to many different areas in Phoenix. My husband and I found her not only fun to be around but very professional with a great standard of ethics.
 
Cindy took us every where that week and set up us on alert when properties were up for sale in the price range that we were looking for. Typical of any couple looking for houses, I wanted one thing and my husband totaling different then what I had said we were looking for. Anytime we had questions or concerns Cindy answer our questions, took are long distance calls not known whether or not we would use her when we arrive in Arizona to live.
 
My husband and I would highly recommend Cynthia Knight to use either as a buyer agent as well as a seller agent. Cindy will give you the real scoop and is more than willing to help you with anything she can. As an example she took my husband’s and mine resumes and passed them along to the right person for possible employment.
