After a long successful career as Divisional Merchandise Manager, Senior Buyer for several major Department Store chains, Real Estate is now my second career. I chose the Real Estate field for several reasons. One was the similarities that it had to my previous years of Retail experience. The over laps I see are Understanding the customers needs, Searching out the best products, Negotiating the best price, Marketing the products and Following up on sales performance . These qualities are necessary when helping a buyer or seller find or sell a home. The other reason was that I wanted a means to financially afford to stay and live in Greenville.
